Define strategic direction, vision, and group-wide growth for a large conglomerate/public company. Drive multi-billion-baht performance, organizational transformation, corporate governance, and long-term value creation for all shareholders and stakeholders.

หน้าที่งาน

• Define and lead corporate strategy and capital allocation for sustainable domestic and international growth
• Oversee overall group P&L, financial performance, and enterprise-wide operational efficiency
• Lead business and digital transformation initiatives and drive new S-curve ventures
• Manage strategic relationships with the Board of Directors, institutional investors, regulators, and international partners
• Direct enterprise risk management and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards for public companies
• Cultivate organizational culture and spearhead executive succession planning

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven executive experience as C-Level or Managing Director in large enterprises, publicly listed firms, or leading conglomerates
• Demonstrated track record managing multi-billion-baht P&L and scaling massive business operations
• Expertise in capital allocation, M&A, and capital market financing
• Excellence in corporate governance, ESG practices, and public market regulatory compliance
• Exceptional leadership in orchestrating complex large-scale organizational transformations
• Extensive strategic network across public, private, and international business sectors
