• 1) Program Delivery
• Coordinate workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and transformation programs
• Manage schedules, timelines, and project documentation
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Support program logistics and execution
• 2) Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate communication with clients, facilitators, and participants
• Manage participant registration and communication
• Support client relationship activities
• Ensure positive participant experiences
• 3) Project Operations
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Support budget tracking and resource coordination
• Monitor risks and escalate issues appropriately
• Support post-program reviews and feedback collection
• 4) Continuous Improvement
• Analyze participant feedback
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support development of delivery best practices

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Communications, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, events, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong English and Thai communication skills
